This group is designed for agencies with $2M+ in annual revenue that are actively offering or integrating care management into their agency model.
Members explore strategies to scale care management, attract ideal clients, strengthen referral relationships, and stand out in a competitive market.
The group is facilitated by a certified nurse care manager and experienced home care operator who has built and led a $5M+ care management business.
Strategic Growth
The Strategic Growth group comprises companies with annual revenues of $1.5-3.5 million. Owners in this group aim to rank in the industry’s top 10%. Two collaborative groups are currently working together to devise growth strategies for attracting clients and retaining quality caregivers.
Top 10%
The Top 10% group comprises companies with annual revenues of $3.5-6.5 million, led by owners already in the industry’s top 10%. They focus on nurturing a healthy company culture while developing scalable processes and growth strategies. Presently, one group exists with the potential for a second group opening in 2024.
Top 7%
The Top 7% group comprises companies generating annual revenues of $6.5-10 million, led by owners positioned in the industry’s top 7%. They typically oversee multiple offices within rural and metro markets. This group collaborates to develop scalable growth strategies across all their markets.
Top 5%
The group comprises homecare companies with annual revenues exceeding $10 million. Its members, positioned in the top 5% of the industry, typically oversee multiple service revenue streams and offices. This group emphasizes “Big Visions” and ideation for growth.
