What do you want your home care company to look like in five years?
That was the focus of our two-day Home Care CEO Executive Strategy Retreat that kicked off on
Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at the Orlando Mariott Airport. About fifty people from 25 different
companies came from Miami, and Spokane, and Virginia Beach, and Kona, Hawaii to think strategically about grow the company they want over the next five years.
After a conversation about “Opportunities in Private Pay Home Care”, the group began working through
the Seven Steps to Growing the Company you want.
